Ingredients
bone: 4 kg
apple cider vinegar: 2 tablespoon
Steps
1.Place bones into insta-pot / pressure cooker.
2.Cover bones with water.
3.Add apple cider vinegar
4.(optional) Add salt.
5.Choose the soup/broth option.
6.IF YOU HAVE HISTAMINE INTOLERANCE: Set the timer to 2 to 2.5 hours.
7.IF YOU HAVE NO SENSITIVITIES: Set the timer to 4 hours.
